On Sunday, 21 April, The Gentleman’s Barber in Holborn supported Suited & Booted and kindly offered some of our clients a hair cut and grooming session.

Men came along from Spear, RefuAid, Veterans Aid, Walking with the Wounded, The Longford Trust and Employment4All for a moment of confidence building self-care.

We are always delighted to be able to help veterans from Veterans Aid and Walking with the Wounded and we have been working with RefuAid for quite a few years. The Longford Trust helps young people rebuild their lives after serving a prison sentence and Spear runs a number of programmes for young people in London to get them into the world of work. We’ve also worked extensively with Employment 4 All over the years who help disadvantaged people into employment.

We are extremely grateful to Andreas and Mario of The Gentlemen’s Barber for giving up their Sunday to help our gents and we know that everyone had a great day, love their fresh new hair cuts and left with a smile on their face. Thank you.
