how to refer a client to suited & booted – service currently suspended

Agencies should complete our online referral form.

Once completed, a copy will be sent to you as well as to Suited & Booted. Your client will then go into the queue and will get a note saying: ‘You have been referred to Suited & Booted for an appointment. You are now in the queue and will be contacted as soon as possible. Directions to the Suited & Booted offices can be found here‘.

Your client will get the name of the referral agency and the date of the referral, but will not get any further information such as the contact details or name of the person making the referral.

Please make sure that your client knows that our clothing is second-hand, but of good quality. Each appointment lasts about one hour.

Once we get to your client’s name in the queue, we will then call your client to make an appointment to come in.

Please not that we do not accept walk-ins – all clients need to be referred to us and have an appointment.
