There is a lovely little community in Mayfair and we have already made friends with some of the nearby tailors and cloth merchants in the surrounding streets. And every community needs a pub! Just opposite our building is the very lively and resplendent Masons Arms pub and over the past year or so we’ve got to know the staff there quite well.

So we decided to have a pub quiz at the Masons Arms and they very kindly let us use their upstairs room for a fundraising quiz night on 21 July and even donated a bottle of champagne for the raffle prize!

Our regular quiz master Mike Thomas stepped aside on this occasion to join a team of participants and had a whole different experience! Our new quiz master for this event was another Mike, actually a client of ours who enjoys writing quiz questions and organising quizzes in Pimlico where he lives. The great news is that Mike also had success in his job interview, so it was a super night of celebration and fun!
