Employment 4 all
Clients are referred to us by public agencies and charities such as Jobcentre Plus, the NHS, Crisis and London Probation when they have the offer of a job interview or work placement. We have built up great relationships with many of our referring agencies, such as Employment 4 All.
Employment 4 All is a not for profit social purpose organisation founded from humble beginnings in 2021, dedicated to challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to social mobility. They believe that everyone deserves a dignified life and the opportunity for rewarding work.
Janine, founder of Employment 4 All, tells us:
“Suited & Booted has been an invaluable partner to Employment 4 All CIC. Through their support, the people we work with are able to access smart, high‑quality interview clothing that reflects their skills and potential, rather than their circumstances. This has transformed the way our candidates show up: they walk into interviews feeling confident, respected and ready to present the best version of themselves.
In our employment support work, we routinely see how the right outfit can be the turning point in someone’s journey – from long‑term unemployment, care experience or financial hardship into sustainable work. Time and again, our clients tell us that being styled and suited by Suited & Booted made them “feel like a professional” and “worthy of the opportunity”, which in turn boosts their performance at interviews and their ability to sustain employment.
Across the many case studies we share on LinkedIn and in our wider Employment 4 All network, a common thread is the power of partnership – and Suited & Booted is a standout example. Their team treats every individual with dignity, care and attention to detail, ensuring that each person leaves not only with a full interview outfit, but with visibly higher self‑esteem. We are deeply grateful for their continued collaboration and would wholeheartedly recommend Suited & Booted to any organisation serious about inclusive recruitment and meaningful social impact.”
