A fabulous walk!

What a very stylish walk we had as we discovered how St James’s and Mayfair became London’s centre of style as we explored the streets, alleys and arcades with expert guide Mrs Londoner.

What is the origin of the three-piece suit? And why are so many of London’s tailors and outfitters based around St James’s and Mayfair?

Led by London guide Sarah Williams-Robbins, aka ‘Mrs Londoner’, we discovered the answers to these questions, and more, on our journey through the beautiful London streets, and arcades, on a walking tour focused on the fashion and style centre of the capital. From hatters to floral print designers, we passed by some of London’s – and the world’s – most admired heritage brands.

The walk was a big success with tickets sold out and £190 from ticket sales generously donated by Sarah to support our work.

A big thank you to Sarah and to everyone who came along, including several volunteers, Maria our CEO, and several guests.

Look out for the next walk and join us!
